These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of icoachsolutions.pro and any services, forms, calculators, or communications provided by iCoach Solutions ("iCoach Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational information only
Content on this site is general educational information, not individualized insurance, tax, or legal advice. Plan availability, benefits, and pricing vary by carrier, state, and individual eligibility. We do not offer every plan available in your area — contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE for information on all of your options.
2. Use of this site
- You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form, calculator, or request for contact.
- You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with normal operation).

3. SMS text messaging program terms
iCoach Solutions is a directly licensed insurance agency communicating with its own existing clients and opted-in leads about services they have themselves requested. We are not a lead-generation company, marketing affiliate, or reseller, and this text program is not operated on behalf of any third party.
Our contact form offers two separate SMS opt-ins, and by verbally providing your mobile number and agreeing during a phone or in-person consultation you may opt in to either or both:
- Non-marketing messages: appointment reminders, service-related messages about your account, and responses to your inquiries.
- Marketing and promotional messages: review requests and educational webinar invitations.
- Message frequency: varies depending on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
- Rejoin: reply START to resume messages after opting out.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers may change without notice; we are not liable for any delays or failures if you change wireless carriers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text messages themselves. 4. Medicare disclaimer
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iCoach Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our communications.
